• February 12, 2016: The .ею (Cyrillic) TLD was delegated to EURid.
• March 29, 2019: ICANN released an updated IDN ccTLD Fast Track Final Implementation Plan; EURid proposed risk mitigation measures for .ευ to be implemented before launch.
• April 2019: EURid's Service Concession Contract with the European Commission was extended until October 12, 2022.
• June 5, 2019: ICANN announced successful string evaluation completion for the proposed Greek IDN ccTLD.
• July 18, 2019: EURid initiated the request for delegation of .ευ, which was granted and marked in the implementation timeline.
